Jay sold our condo in Cambridge very quickly and for an excellent price. He was very knowledgeable about the local market. He guided and assisted us every step of the way. Shortly after we first called him he came to our home for a half-hour consultation and helped us decide on an asking price and on how (and when) to get our home ready for showing. He suggested a price that we thought was a little ambitious but we ended up getting every dollar of it.

Jay did a great job promoting our listing. He advised us to remove all non-essential furniture and belongings so our home would look its best. (We actually rented a storage facility and hired movers: an investment that proved to be well worthwhile!) Once the home was uncluttered, Jay brought in a professional photographer to take some truly stunning photos. He put up a very professional-looking Web site. He also phoned a number of prospective buyers and buyers' agents whom he knew were looking to purchase in our neighborhood.

At our first open house, over 50 people came to see our condo. We received multiple, full-price offers by the following day. Jay helped us decide on a well-qualified offer and did a quick, thorough job negotiating the Purchase and Sale contract.
